Step 1: Buyers and sellers meet on the platform
We source a wide range of commodities as per published specifications on the website and list them on the platform.
Step 2: Buyer directly purchases from sellers and producers
Quality certified commodities sold and bought online with no paperwork. A buyer does not need to open any Letter of Credit (LC) or submit any documentation. The buyer selects the commodity and the desired port of delivery; the system then automatically calculates all the necessary charges, enabling the commodity to arrive at their port. To have confirmation from the system, the buyer requires to deposit 20% of the total amount in advance, which is fully refundable if there is a problem with the delivery of the commodity. The system automatically confirms the order once it receives advance payment.
Step 3: Buyer receives the goods
Upon receiving the notification of advance payment into the system, the seller must deliver the commodity at Bonded warehouse nominated by GCTP, where the commodity goes through an intense and necessary quality check. Once the independent certification company approves the quality and specification of the supplied commodity, the buyer gets notified and requires to pay 80% of the remaining balance. This balance is also fully refundable until the commodities leave the port of its origin and the buyer receives a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) into the system. GCTP further ensures that the buyer receives the original copy of B/L, though nominated courier company, along with other necessary documentation for their records.
