GCTP is a commodity neutral platform and it offers agriculture and non-agriculture commodities.

Any company having NTN and SECP registration certificates, and identification credentials can sell permissible commodities at GCTP.

Any person who has a bank account and personal identification credentials in his/her resident country can buy commodities at GCTP.

Any registered company can sell commodities on GCTP by going through the following steps:

Step 1: The Seller applies for free registration on GCTP portal https://www.gctp.com.pk.

Step 2: Upon successful registration, the Seller will be required to list the commodity online for selling.

Step 3: Once the Buyer purchases the commodity, the Seller prepares and delivers the desired quantity/quality within the specified timeframe at the designated warehouse.

Step 4: Simultaneously, GCTP initiates the export process on behalf of the Seller. This includes but is not limited to the quality certification & weighing of commodities, customs examination and clearance.

Step 5: GCTP arranges to dispatches the commodity to the buyer through the assigned shipping line

Step 6: The seller receives full payment within 14 business days from the B/L date.

The maximum order size is as much as a seller can deliver in multiples of full container load capacity of a particular commodity.
